Abstract:
The study will include two different topics: the first concerns family law and incapacity due to minority; the second is a study about specific elements of retail (including marketing and advertising, the mobile phone market, credit and e-commerce). This research fully takes part of the “Ius Commune” project: from a functional comparative study, I will try to emphasize and identify common institutions between French, German, Dutch and Belgian systems.
