Decentralized enforcement of EC competition law

Abstract:
The research focusses on the decentralized enforcement of EU competition law. For this purpose the enforcement obligations deriving from EU (case) law will be analysed. Further, the different enforcement solutions chosen on EU level, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Germany will compared. The consequences of the EU\'s current enforcement paradigm will be elaborated on and conclusions shall be drawn.
