Abstract:
My project concerns with the intellectual property aspects of nanotehnology. This project revolves around in identifying the challenging issues of being new and analyses the scope and development of legal protection for nanotechnology. It will examine the current protection of intellectual property rights and and how might the law respond to the challenges posed by the new technology. This study will employ a comparative analysis of Malaysian law and the UK law and will provide a legal framework for Malaysian context.
