SMEs in European contract law: A Rawlsian perspective

Abstract:
In my research, I focus on the position of SMEs in European contract law from a Rawlsian perspective. I use the political philosophy of John Rawls to normatively asses the rules (and the lack thereof) concerning small and medium-sized enterprises in current and future European contract law.
