Abstract:
My thesis would start from the Chinese perspective. I would examine the general requirements with regard to the establishment of companies in China, missing the rules governing the professions. Moreover, based on the current barriers of the establishment in China, my thesis would see how the EU deals with them. For obstacles that have been successfully erased in the EU, I would examine the existing legislations. Moreover, it is available to develop in-depth scrutiny on the development of the EU to tackle with the remaining barriers.
