Abstract:
Currently, there is an apparent decline in the global incidence of major armed conflict, however, many countries are still struggling with a conflict-affected society. Unfortunately, the ongoing attention paid by the international community to the development of sustainable peacebuilding still has a major failure: there is no agreed-upon global framework to guide the peacemaking activities in post-conflict societies. Under the circumstance of that, this proposed research will attempt to establish a more integrate peacebuilding framework from international water law and environmental law perspective.
