Abstract:
This research project delves into the procedural aspect of the 'EU soft law phenomenon' within the context of EU environmental law and policy. The overarching objective of the study is to evaluate whether the process of soft law making in the European Union complies with standards of throughput legitimacy, specifically relating to transparency and participation.
