Abstract:
In recent years, sustainability and human rights considerations have played a more prominent role in international and European legislation. While companies are encouraged to strengthen their social, economic and environmental performance in their business operations, there is also a trend to better protect consumers and make them aware of the social and environmental consequences of what they buy and the services they receive. The research will seek to analyze and map the interplay between human rights, sustainability and consumer law.
