Legal position of patients and relatives in (mental) health care

Abstract:
The exact angle of the PhD is not yet determined, but will be in the direction of the legal position of patients and/or relatives in (mental) health care. More specifically, the doctorate will address the question of legal capacity (of minors), the position of relatives and the caregiver in compulsory hospitalization, the differences in the legal structures of compulsory hospitalization, internment and voluntary hospitalization. This in the light of European and international regulations.
