Abstract:
The doctoral research involves an analysis from the perspective of critical race theory of concrete sustainability regulations under Belgian law, including European instruments, within a yet to be defined policy domain or industry. The research will focus on whether the rules primarily intended to achieve ecological sustainability also adequately take into account the intersectional identity of the citizen. Are sustainability rules also fair in their concrete application?
