Ius Commune Europaeum
De Ius Commune Europaeum boekenreeks wordt sinds de oprichting van de Onderzoekschool door Intersentia uitgegeven en is gewijd aan het ius commune. Dat betekent dat de reeks ruimte biedt aan zowel rechtsvergelijkende studies als aan boeken over de doorwerking van verdragsteksten in nationale rechtsstelsels. Alle onderdelen van het recht worden daarbij behandeld. De serie wordt uitgegeven in verschillende talen en staat onder auspiciën van METRO, het rechtswetenschappelijk onderzoeksinstituut van de Universiteit Maastricht.
