Ius Commune Casebooks



The Ius Commune Casebook Project is a joint initiative of the faculties of law of Maastricht Univeristy and the University of Leuven. Its aim is to collate case law, legislation, doctrinal writings and other relevant source materials from the main European legal systems for each main field of the law. Excerpts from these materials are accompanied by introductory comments, explanatory notes and comparative overviews which put them in context.
