Ius Commune Europaeum
The Ius Commune Europaeum book series is published by Intersentia from the start of the Ius Commune Research School and publishes research devoted to Ius Commune. This means that the Ius Commune Europaeum book series provide possibility to publish manuscripts related to comparative law, but also books that deal with the implementation of international law in national legal systems. All aspects of the law are dealt with in the Ius Commune Europaeum book series.
The series is published in various languages and is published under auspices of METRO, the Institute for Transnational Legal Research of Maastricht University.
